About Us

Trinity House offers a range of therapies, including talking based, body-centred and acupuncture. Whether you are looking for a treatment or you are a therapist seeking a room in which to practise, Trinity House can provide the space.

What We Do

Trinity House has been nurturing the mind, body and spirit since 1987. Originally founded as The Traditional Acupuncture Centre, Trinity House continues to provide exceptional treatment in acupuncture, as well as opening its doors to practitioners offering other forms of healing.
Today, the community of practitioners at Trinity House offer a span of treatments and therapies.
These include: counselling, psychotherapy, relationship and psychosexual therapy, life coaching, acupuncture, massage, reflexology, reiki and Bowen technique, amongst others.
