What is the McTimoney Chiropractic Method?
It is well known for being a precise, whole body approach to chiropractic care. Swift, light force adjustments are characteristic of the McTimoney method which was developed by the late John McTimoney over 50 years ago.
What does a treatment involve?
The initial consultation will include a history taking of previous conditions, assessment of existing symptoms and a physical examination. This includes postural and skeletal alignment analysis, orthopaedic and neurological testing.
The first appointment includes the initial consultation and treatment.
The frequency and number of treatments depends on many factors including age, extent and duration of injury, general fitness and posture. You will be given aftercare guidelines to support the treatment and aid your recovery.
