What is Life Coaching?

At the core of Life Coaching is the belief that we all posses the potential to change ourselves.

A Life Coach can help you identify your goals and visualise where you want to be. They will then support you in taking the necessary steps towards achieving this. In this way the coaching is based on action, so you can often see results quite quickly.

Life Coaching is ideally suited to those that want to make changes to their life and move forward but may not know where or how to start.

What does a session involve?

You'll be asked to complete a questionnaire about what you would like to achieve through coaching and a Life Satisfaction form to identify the areas of your life that you would like to work on.

Firstly, the areas of improvement or specific targets are identified. This is then broken down into the steps needed for you to reach your goals.

You and your coach will agree tasks between each session to help you take those first steps. It can be extremely satisfying to see your actions bringing about results and ultimately helping you to move forward in your life.
