Where is the clinic?

We are based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire just a short walk from the town centre. Please go to the Location section to view our full address, map and directions.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, there is a side door through which wheelchair bound patients can access the Clinic.  We have several therapy rooms on the ground floor level and a toilet accessible by wheelchair patients.

When is the clinic open?

Reception is open Monday to Thursday 9am – 1pm and 2-5pm and Fridays 10am-1pm. However, appointments are also available outside of these hours.

How do I pay for my treatment?

Payment can be made by cash or cheque on the day of treatment.

How can I make an appointment?

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available Monday to Friday daytime and evening. Weekend appointments can also be arranged on request.

How do I decide which treatment is right for me?

Is my treatment confidential?

Yes, all information given during the course of any of our treatments is treated as strictly confidential. Personal files are referred to by your practitioner only.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Whilst we appreciate as much notice as you are able to give appointments may be cancelled with up to 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given appointments may be charged for.

Is there parking available?

Yes, on street parking is available.

What to wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that can be removed if necessary.

Response to treatment?

This may vary. Some people notice a marked improvement in their
symptoms straight away whilst others may notice more subtle changes. Many feel an improved sense of well-being.

Treatment is cumulative, so benefits increase over time.

If you have had your condition for a long time it may take longer to heal.
