How long does a treatment last?

The first appointment is approximately 1 hour and follow up treatments are 30-45 minutes duration.

How many treatments will I need, and how often?

This varies.  A minimum of 2-3 treatments at weekly intervals is usually recommended, then a review appointment a few weeks later.

Does it hurt?

The treatment is usually painless.  During the course of treatment you may feel physical changes as your body realigns.  These may include stiffness or tiredness, particularly after your first session.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Yes

How will I feel after a treatment?

This is individual; some people feel great, some feel tired and achey.

Yes, all information given during the course of any of our treatments is treated as strictly confidential.  Personal files are stored securely and only referred to by your practitioner.  A copy of your contact details will be kept by reception in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
