Counselling
What is Counselling?
Talking to an experienced Counsellor can help reduce stress and enhance our understanding of ourselves and others. Understanding our worries, conflicts and perceptions can increase our self esteem, ease depression and help us cope with our anxieties. Our Counsellors offer
a confidential and non-judgemental environment in which you can explore the issues you are concerned about and find techniques which will enable you to understand and cope better with the future.
What does a session involve?
Your Counselling session will last for approximately one hour. Our Counsellors will listen to you with a non-judgemental approach to help you to find a more constructive way of moving forward. They may use a variety of techniques and skills such as CBT, NLP or Person Centred, depending on your needs.
